Interesting. Without invoking the whole 'people are individuals' thing, I personally believe I would be attracted to any NF. Although I originally thought I would prefer the mirror match (and part of me still does), I can see how I would like being with an E, too. However, they'd better be pretty flexible on that E/I if so, otherwise I can see us being at complete loggerheads, and me feeling undervalued or misunderstood.

As far as the type I 'prefer' to be, I suppose my social persona is more reminiscent of an ENFP than an INFP. However, that's just because I've discovered that by using my Ne well, I can convey complex material in a way people can digest without it being too 'intense' (though admittedly a lot of the time it is still too intense and if I feel comfortable with people I am more revealing than perhaps I "should" be). Not only that, but around people I know well I do seem more E, although this is true of most I's. Few people I know, at least in person, are able to understand and relate to the self that I experience internally. Also, I think a lot of it has to do with the connotations of the words, as well. No, I don't prefer to be a 'recluse', thanks!
