I loved (and still do) The Mysterious Cities of Gold. It's an INFP's paradise. Also, The Neverending Story, The Land Before Time, and The Lion King........

I'm pretty sure I loved Sesame Street as a kid. I also liked She-Ra quite a bit.

I remember watching He-man back in the day, but I think generally I was a bit more of a Thundercats kid.
Aside from those the shows that spring to mind are '80 Days Around the World' and 'Belle & Sebastian'. If I think of any more I'll post them later.

I have the series too and I watched an episode a night until I'd seen them all - great stuff! I think my favourite bit in the series is when Esteban gives that dehydrated man water even though it means he'll have none for himself.... A while back, just before the box sets came out, there were a few limited edition Gold Medallions on sale on eBay and I REALLY, REALLY wanted one...they were £40 each at the time and we had next to no money, so boyfriend said no way are you going to spend that much on a toy!! lol....I will always regret it though because now they're worth hundreds of pounds and I'll never get my dream gold medallion
80 days around the world was awesome....Sesame street gave me nightmares though. I was a wimp.

I loved both of these!
I was also not a big fan of 'Sesame Street'.
I know I loved 'The Muppets' when I was a kid (still do) and I remember shows I liked as a preteen/teen but I'm getting fuzzy on the kid stuff. I know I watched a lot of the Saturday morning cartoons in the 80's, like 'Winnie the Pooh', 'Muppet Babies', etc, and the shows that were on early Nickelodeon, like 'Pinwheel', 'The Little Prince'... I can remember watching them but not the names. I feel old:(.
And my favorite Disney animated movies are 'Aladdin' and 'Lilo and Stitch'.

Those three still make me cry!! - Atrax's death - Little Foot's mother's death - Mufasa's death
Wow, they really knew how to yank on children's heartstrings back then.

And as a bonus, here's a bunch of shows I can't say I loved, but that I do remember watching pretty regularly back in the day: Button Moon, Pigeon Street, He-Man, The Family-Ness, Ducktales, Charlie Chalk, Simon & the Witch, Greenclaws, Penny Crayon, Maid Marian & her Merry Men, Talespin, Tiny Toon Adventures, Samurai Pizza Cats.
This was fun.

I was an Inspector Gadget fan as well! It did have one of the more awesome themes.

Aladdin, it was by far my favorite of the disney movies. Going back and watching a lot of those movies now I have noticed disney movies used to be complex and moving with great musical track. The hunchback of notredame has quite complex characters. Part of that is Victor Hugo's creation itself, but I'm surprised at how true disney stayed to it.

Looking back over my list, it's surprising how many of the shows I liked had theme music I thought was pretty kick-ass too.

Can't say that Hunchback has ever been amongst my personal Disney favourites (though the song "Out There" is), but I do seem to recall the Nostalgia Critic mentioning in one of his reviews just how dark and complex one of the other songs on the soundtrack is ("Hellfire", if I recall correctly). Pretty intense stuff. especially for a kid's film.

I'm also a big fan of The Neverending Story, I have the book around here somewhere. Like most kids, I loved Disney films, my favourite was Aladdin, I was absolutely obsessed with it for a time, had the dolls and everything. I really identified with the heroes in kid's films, rather than the princesses or whatever.
As an adult, I'm a huge fan of Spongebob

Oh man... so long ago. These are some things that come to mind:
Anything to do with Scooby-Doo. Loved the Scooby gang and their mystery solving. I think my love for this show is why I still have a soft spot for all things mysterious today. I don't care whether weird things are true or not, I just like that they are a part of popular culture. I mean, who doesn't like Nessy?
The Littlest Hobo - A problem solving German shepherd (the dog, not a Bavarian sheep herder) roamed the countryside, helping people with their problems. When the problems were solved he would move on, prefering the hobo life. I've tried to watch it recently, but I can only last for a few minutes, but I remember thinking it was pretty good, back in the day.
SCTV - sketch comedy show based around a T.V. station and its programming. Most of the people involved moved on to movie careers afterwards: John Candy, Martin Short, Eugene Levy, Rick Moranis, Harold Ramis, Dave Thomas, Catherine O'Hara. Some funny stuff that still holds up well today.
I also remember some show about talking shoes. I'm not sure that I actually liked the show, but the thought of a program based around talking shoes makes me chuckle.

Argh, I'll never get that theme song out of my head!

As above, but with less "Argh", as I actually kinda like the theme tune to that one.

What do you make of the new "Scooby-Doo, Mystery Incorporated" show? I've only seen some of the episodes (and most of those out of sequence), but from what I have seen it looks like the most interesting thing they've done with the franchise since "The Thirteen Ghosts of..."

Oh man, the show has gone through so many versions over the years, I'm not sure what's what. I've only caught bits and pieces of what look like new shows, I'll assume it's the Mystery Incorporated version, and they look pretty good. It seems they've gone back to the "people dressing up as ghoulies" idea, where for a while there I remember the gang having actual super-natural encounters. I think they were a series of movies, about a decade or so ago, and they were actually really good. Or at least one I remember, where they ended up in Louisianna and had to deal with zombies, werecats, ghosts and whatnot. I remember being impressed and thinking that it captured the feel of the originals, the animation looked great and the story was well done. (Scooby-Doo on Zombie Island - looked it up)
Perhaps the new versions have better stories or animation or whatever, but in my heart the originals will never be trumped.
Oh, and Scrappy-Doo was the worst character ever! And that's not hyperbole. (OK, maybe a little hyperbole, but I'll deny it if you call me on it).
