I'm pretty sure these features are not currently available (correct me if I am wrong...), but I'd love to see

- Multiple quote button. On other forums it's a little "+" sign by the quote, so you can quote several posts in your response.
- Some kind of rep or thanks system....where you can give feedback on a post without responding in the thread. There doesn't have to be points or a negative rep option if you want to keep it positive.

I've been able to make several quotes in one post by first clicking on any "quote" button which brings me into the "Post a reply" editor, and then by selecting segments to quote and pressing the "quote" buttons on other posts which show up in the "Topic review" section that appears below the "Upload attachment" section. ;)

I'd love to see that functionality available on this forum.

The rep system is only available as a premium mod, so we'd have to become an unfreeforum for this to happen. I'd prefer for this forum to get bigger before we switch to any paid version. :)

As for multiquote, Crystal's method is the way (thanks!). I didn't realise we had this feature ourselves. Apparently it's implemented on the forum, it's just really unobvious.

Here's a note from the freeforums support forum as well:
Quote:
You click "Quote" on the first one you want to quote and then scroll down on the compose message page and qlick "Quote" on any others that you want to quote.

I don't think a rep system is necessary: you can just post if you want to thank someone, for something :D

I'm against rep systems on other forums because it encourages people to suck up to each other and judge each other, not that I would imagine that would happen here, but as I said, not really needed.

INTJforum has a rep system with the points disabled. I find it useful there, but they are planning to modify it to go to the user panel wall at some point. It doesn't seem necessary here - at least at this point. If this get's half as busy as that one it should be considered.

Thanks for the heads-up on how to multi quote. I still wish there were the + signs. I like to click the posts as I read them, instead of having to review them again to find what I wanted to quote. Luckily, threads here are still small enough to not make it difficult/time-consuming.
