I made up a dessert last Feb. that consisted of sweet red bean paste wrapped in filo rolled in brown sugar then deep-fried. Served with vanilla on top. Garnished with peach slices and strawberry syrup. It was psychedelically delish. 0:)

Zanreo's Choco-Banana shake

1 (medium ripe) banana
1 liter of milk
2 scoops of vanilla ice cream(chocolate is good too!)
2-3 tbsp chocolate milk powder(or, just use chocolate milk instead of the regular milk)
2 tsp cinnamon

Mix everything in a blender and enjoy.

filipino chicken adobo

- get some chicken
- or get some pork
- splash some white vinegar on it
- splash some soy sauce on it. i use kikkoman light soy sauce.
- throw some brown sugar on it
- add a bay leaf or two
- add peppercorns or sprinkle some black pepper on it
- sometimes i'll add paprika or sri racha or whatever spice i think might taste good
- garlic is good too
- let it sit for an hour
- flip halfway through to coat both sides

bake covered in an oven for an hour at 350 or 400 fahrenheit
flip em over at the halfway mark
voila
serve with white rice

filipinos don't measure things so season to taste.
everyone has their own version of the recipe.
:)
