Um, I got ENTP.
13 Extraversion, 8 Introversion
1 Sensing, 25 Intuition
14 Thinking, 10 Feeling
10 Judging and 12 Perceiving!

Quote:
Summary:

Quick, ingenious, stimulating, alert, and outspoken. Resourceful in solving new and challenging problems. Adept at generating conceptual possibilities and then analyzing them strategically. Good at reading other people. Bored by routine, will seldom do the same thing the same way, apt to turn to one new interest after another.

I think I have an internal ENTP, but generally I'm an INF-type. :)

Thanks for posting this. Hope to have time for it before it (likely) vanishes. Interesting, I always thought there were more than 93 questions.

It's still there at the moment, and it says I'm an INFP :)

Ooh nice find.

I got INTP >_>

The way my J has been forced to develop lately though, I thought I may have got INFJ.

I got 1 for each of E, S, T and J and full marks minus one for INFP.

Lifted straight from Mr Keirsey if I'm not mistaken...

As I write this directly under a post by Mafkees I am wondering what MBTI type would all your pets be? (Also isn't there an MBTI for cats in existence somewhere... very amusing as I recall.)

That's the most terrifying profile I've ever seen! Or were you aiming for zeros?
When you see another person, do you run in the other direction?
Are you able to see your hand in front of your face?
What's 2 + 2?
Have you ever been on time for anything in your entire life, even events that happened at your own home? 0:)

Well, I've already taken a few hundred of these tests, but what's another? Hopefully I'm not too imbalanced. This is about where I feel I am, higher on NF, less so on IP:

INFP
7 Extraversion, 14 Introversion
6 Sensing, 20 Intuition
6 Thinking, 18 Feeling
9 Judging and 13 Perceiving.

Just a vague outline...or a hand? :D

My problem is that I don't think to put my hand in front of my face more often. I'm learning to be 'in the moment'. I hope you don't mind my earlier teasing. It's just that I view an MBTI type as a starting point in personal growth.

I'm starting to see you as more extraverted than I. Plus an earlier test listed your top two functions as Ne and Fe. That's starting to make sense now. (Context for everyone else: Baili and I have met 6 times or thereabouts.)

Yeah, the I/E trait is a head-scratcher for me. In tests the results are usually pretty close, but can go either way. The first personality test I took (Kiersey) resulted in ENFP.

I think when most people meet me for the first time, though, they would consider me a strong introvert. The person who introduced me to the test was surprised that my result came out as E. Then again by definitions I've seen for extraversion I would say some of those qualities definitely apply to me. I do get energy from groups of people, don't mind being the center of attention depending on the conditions, and I do get very depressed if I go too long without human interaction. Then again I really prefer one on one conversations, often don't have much to say in group situations, and prefer to work out my thoughts/feelings in my head before sharing them...

:?:

So probably the balanced I/E result is pretty accurate for the most part.

The most surprising result for me on this last test was the 0 in sensing. That's just not right...

Cool. All of this paragraph applies to me too, except, if I'm meeting a reasonably strong F, no one can tell I'm an I. I also have a group of INTJ friends who think I'm very E, but compared to them, my rabbit's an E.

I don't think all of the questions are strongly worded. I also found a lot of the P/Js very repetitive. Listen to me, criticizing the official MBTI.

I like my food: Now
5 Extraversion, 15 Introversion, 3 Sensing, 23 Intuition, 9 Thinking, 15 Feeling, 9 Judging and 13 Perceiving!

OR:

75% I
87% N
60% F
57% P

So, similar to my MyPersonality info. Strong I, Very Strong N, Slight F, and Moderate P. Except this time, my F is stronger than my P. I think they're about the same.

For the official test, it wasn't really that in depth.

Baby's first MBTI test maybe?

Heh, or maybe the MBTI is just another test, even if it's official. I certainly was surprised at how short it actually was.
