So, I've been accepted to a pretty good college, and I plan on majoring in Media Arts, to get a job with television, either as talent (Anchorman or the like) or maybe video editing snd I'm just wondering if
A. Anyone with either of these jobs has any advice on how available those kind of jobs are, and
B. What other possible jobs can be gotten from a bachelors (or masters, thinking about it) in Media Arts.

So if anyone who has seen a few more years than me has some help for a guy like me regarding A,B, or anything else useful that you think I could use, I would sure appreciate it!

I'm not involved in the arts industry, but it seems like getting as much experience as possible and establishing a really healthy portfolio would be useful for later job hunting. Though I guess that's quite common sense.
