Lightspeed, I LOVE your sense of humor. Here it is April 8, but it was obvious from the get go that this was a very funny joke  I needed a chuckle and I do so appreciate the opportunity!

In case Pipster and Fern think I'm being mean and arrogant...it's just that I'm married to an ESTJ. Living with super-organize-everyone's life-calendar-person and take everything literally-man has it's moments....but it REALLY helps to have a sense of humor about the whole extreme difference in perspectives thing! He does pay the bills really well, though--and he did take care of the kids and every little thing while I got my Master's. Clearly, ESTJ attributes are needed in the world...

However,I am grateful for any bit of appreciation of what I go through as an INFP married to ESTJ--and laughter is medicine one! Gracias.

Be careful what you wish for.

My best friend is an ESTJ and in her 40s she is just as lost as I was in my 20s. If not more. Having a different type is no guarantee of a happy life.

Just be you. That's all you've got to work with. Make the most of it.
