The temptation to reach into a huge bag of chips is the worst.
It's like heffer watching tv and almost unconciously eating his chips.

Take chips and put them in a small bowl. Or whatever you want to snack on.
it's about how much you eat and what you eat. I used to think that if I ate just a
little chocolate per day, or any horrible junk food I could be fine but I was wrong. :(

The key is moderation but for my body, it didn't work. I like swapping junk food
with fruit but unfortunately, fruit is pricy! :( The water trick doesn't work with me.
It expands my stomach and then I have to pee and then I get hungry within a few minutes.

Something orange with water does help but that ends up hurting my stomach if I drink it
without eating anything first.

Carrots. Yogurt. Cereal. Fruit. With these foods I am the happiest person alive. :^)

Wash it down with coffee, water or tea, and I'm good to go. ;9

Apples! Peal them, cut them up, and then they are so much more tempting :)
Pull yoghurt og juice over them and eat them with a spoon!

I always have some type of nuts around. Fruit and cottage cheese is awesome. My favorite lazy breakfast is just heat up plain oatmeal and cut a banana into it (with the spoon you're going to eat with of course, because it takes extra effort to grab a knife).

Nuts supposedly keeps the cholesterol lower. I should eat more of those types of snacks.

Why can't nuts taste like potato chips?
